    Fine, Fine, Fine

    The Family Room with Sea View took my breath away with its gorgeous ocean views! Our space was perfect, with a king bed and even a pull-out sofa for our little one. The terrace hot tub was our favorite spot. We soaked in it multiple times daily while sipping cocktails from the swim-up bar!

    the service at the restaurant was a bit too rushed. but the swim-up bar had amazing cocktails and the hot tub on our terrace was a wonderful treat. also, the bowling alley was super fun for the family!

    The Family Room with Sea View blew us away! Fine ocean views each morning set a beautiful tone. Our son loved the separate bedroom, and the king bed with the pull-out sofa fit us perfectly. The terrace hot tub? Pure bliss. We enjoyed it every day while sipping cocktails from the swim-up bar. Dining experiences varied. Getting reservations was like a lottery. When we did eat out, some dishes were very nice, especially at the Copal restaurant. The cocktail bar service was amazing-Cristian, Francisco, Heber, and Jose made our evenings special. The check-in process was rough. Long lines and billing errors wasted an hour of our time. The restaurant reservation system felt flawed too. Miss your time, and the buffet awaits. One evening, we missed a slot and had to settle for a less-than-stellar buffet meal. The resort's pool was inviting in appearance, but surprisingly cold was good. Finally, the aggressive sales pitch for activities was exhausting. We felt pressured for over two hours-definitely not what we expected during a vacation.

    The Family Room with Sea View boasted fine ocean views that really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The spacious layout accommodated a family perfectly.

    The pool temperature was surprisingly cold, even with outside temps hitting +85. Check-in and check-out involved frustratingly long lines, with some billing errors that took over an hour to resolve. Dining reservations was like a game of chance. Missing your slot meant getting stuck with the buffet, just okay. Lastly, I found the aggressive sales pitch for various packages draining. It took over two hours to sit through it-even if they had some enticing offers.

    The ava resort is brand new and the beautiful double room was gorgeous and spacious. The pool area was amazing and the wait staff were attentive. Dining at the restaurants was a treat if you managed to get a reservation, with some really tasty dishes to enjoy.
